Merry-Go-Round Nursery School
OUR PHILOSOPHY
The purpose of the Merry-Go-Round Nursery School is to provide various activities which enable the individual child to develop and learn at his/her own growth rate. We hope to accomplish this through an informal and flexible program. We believe that the combination of personal and social supports of great importance.
As teachers, we serve as resources and facilitators in that we provide information and offer support to both children and parents. We feel that children also learn a great deal from each other. They learn from experimentation and from the use of carefully designed materials.
Our philosophy and curriculum are carefully planned to include learning experiences that the child implements through interactive play and teacher initiated activities.

OUR PROGRAMS
Pre-School Program
3 day session Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8:45 to 12:45
Our pre-school is primarily for four year old children who will be attending kindergarten next year.
Nursery School Program
2 day session Tuesday and Thursday
8:45 to 11:45
Our nursery school is primarily for children ages two year nine months old to just under four years old.

ENROLLMENT
Before enrollment, please call the school and make an appointment to visit with your child.
The following forms must be completed and filed for each child:
- Admission Application
- Health Form
- Permissions Forms
- A registration fee of $30
- A wallet sized photo of your child
The program is 40 weeks. We follow the public school calendar regarding holidays. Vacation weeks are one week in December and once week in April.
2 day session is $60.
3 day session is $85.
Allowances can only be made or illnesses of more than three weeks. If you wish to withdraw your child from the program you need to inform us two weeks prior to leaving.
Late Fee: Parents later than 10 minutes will be charged a $10 Late Fee
